The base has an optimal consistency, is easy to apply, and self-levels.
It has strengthening properties and conceals minor optical imperfections of the nail plate.

Application:

Apply a nail degreaser to the polished nail surface.
Apply the acid-free primer Ultra Bond for better adhesion.
Apply a thin layer of Base Scotch or Base Rubber.
Apply the Shimmer Base in one layer, using the technique for leveling and strengthening the nails.
Polymerize:

• in a UV lamp 36 W — 2 minutes

• in an LED/UV lamp 36/48 W — 60 seconds
