COVER BASE

COVER BASE is a camouflage base for coating and leveling nails.

FEATURES

• not suitable for leveling long nails without prior reinforcement

• high opacity thanks to strong pigmentation

• hypoallergenic and with neutral odor

• curing time: 120 seconds

• can be slightly warmed to make consistency more liquid

• minimal shrinkage possible during wear due to elasticity

• requires a base with Rubber Base

• acid content: pH 5–6

• recommended lamp power: 36–48 W (original device required)

• easy to remove (filing or remover)

• durability without lifting: 3–4 weeks

• elastic and flexible

• recommended thickness at the free nail edge: 0.5 mm

• thixotropic (becomes more liquid when working)

• does not run and self-levels quickly

• medium consistency

APPLICATION

• remove old material

• do not significantly shorten nail shape or leave approx. 2 mm length (will be filed later)

• lightly dull nail surface with a 220 grit file or a 100 grit buffer (without pressure)

• perform manicure

• after using removers, wash hands with soap

• degrease nails with Nail Prep LUNAmoon (2 passes):

  • 1. pass: clean surface

  • 2. pass: thoroughly clean cuticle areas with a wooden stick and wipe

• primer optional (not necessary with sufficiently acidic base)

• apply Rubber Base LUNAmoon as a base coat with a flat gel brush in rubbing motions

• carefully work all areas and cure for 60 seconds

• remove inhibition layer

• perform leveling and cure for 90 seconds

• file shape after building (for stable free edge)

• remove inhibition layer

• seal with Top Coat and cure for 120 seconds

• do not wipe after curing to preserve shine
