The forms adapt optimally to the nail plate and the lateral nail edges, do not slip during application, and help to precisely control length and symmetry.

Application:

1. Prepare the nail plate: push back cuticles, lightly roughen with a 180-grit file, and degrease.
2. Remove the form from the backing film and bend it slightly to adapt it to the finger shape.
3. Place the form under the free nail edge and fix it so that the center line of the form aligns with the growth direction of the nail.
4. Apply gel or acrylic and sculpt the desired length and shape.
5. For gel: cure in the lamp according to manufacturer's instructions.
6. Carefully remove the form and continue with the modeling or filing.
7. Finish with base, color, or top coat.
