BIBLIOTEKA FOG TOP (matte), 10 ml

Fog Top – a universal matte top coat with a dispersion layer that creates a deep, cashmere-like finish. It applies easily, spreads evenly, and leaves no smudges or streaks. It preserves color intensity without matte spots and is suitable for all shades – from nude to bold.

It contains no UV filters, does not yellow, and does not distort the color. The formula is scratch- and impact-resistant and maintains its uniform matte finish throughout wear. It emphasizes the nail shape and design details, does not pull color, and creates a soft, durable texture that does not wear off.

Application recommendations:

1. Apply Fog Top in a medium, even layer.

2. Curing: LED – 90 seconds, UV – 180 seconds.

3. After polymerization, allow to cool for 20–30 seconds, then remove the dispersion layer – this activates the finish.
   (If removed immediately, the cashmere effect will be weaker.)

4. Shake before use, especially if the top coat has not been used for a long time – this prevents an uneven surface.

Warnings:
Avoid contact with skin. Store in a tightly closed container at +5°C to +25°C. Keep away from light and children. The material is sensitive to UV/LED rays – do not leave it uncovered under lamps or sunlight during work or content creation to prevent premature curing. Use only as directed.
